Our response times are typically next business day.  We may be available to visit a site the same day we receive a service call. Environmentally friendly battery disposal:

We provide environmentally friendly and safe disposal of your discarded batteries. We will remove them off site and ensure that they are recycled and properly disposed of.                                                                      

Environmentally friendly UPS disposal:

If required, we will remove UPS equipment from your location and ensure that it is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

UPS Installation:

We will go to your site and install and mount your new UPS unit, whether the unit was purchased from us or from another vendor. If you are moving to a new location, we can help you with     removal of your UPS units and installation at your new site.

HOT SWAP/GO GREEN OPTION:    

IS DOWN TIME A PROBLEM?  Most of our customers cannot afford to take their unit out of service and send it to us.  With our Go Green option, we will send you a reconditioned unit with the TWO YEAR WARRANTY and upon receipt you will send your bad unit back to us.
